Registration of personal data

You consent to the information you have entered and attached being processed and stored by the data controller and the data processor.

Personal information in your application will be treated confidentially and only for the job you have applied for. If we find you relevant for another job, your information will only be disclosed after your explicit consent.

The purpose of the registration of personal data

The purpose of collecting personal data in connection with job applications is to assess and contact candidates who are interested and qualified for the position in question

Statistics

Data in this database can be used for anonymous statistics on how many candidates have been looking for vacant positions. The information will be collected in to one statistic. No individual users of the database can be identified from this information.

Which personal information is recorded

Only the personal information you have entered in the application form and the documents you have attached will be registered.

You are only requested to provide personal information necessary to fulfill the job posting requirements for information. You are therefore encouraged not to provide sensitive personal information, which, for example, concerns race, religion, political affiliation, union membership, health information, sexual orientation, and so on.

Who can access your application?

Your application can only be viewed by the company or members of the employment committee, for the job position you are applying for. The company has access to your application up to 4 months after the recruitment for the position in question has been completed. Then the application, CV and other uploaded documents will be deleted. Personal data such as name, address, mail and phone number will be anonymized and remaining information will be stored in the system for 60 months for statistical purposes.

Information and withdrawal of consent

You can get information about your registered data or revoke your consent by writing an e-mail to the recruiter responsible for the position you have applied for. In the mail you must state your name, address and e-mail address - and what position you have applied for.

If you have created a job profile, you can revoke your application yourself by logging in to your job profile.

Privacy Policy

It is of great importance for the data controller and the data processor that your personal information is not revealed to others. The data controller and the data processor are doing their utmost to maintain a rigorous and high level of data security.

The data controller and the data processor meet the requirements set by the law for the protection of personal data.

You submit your information through a secure connection and your data can not be compromised in the system. However, you should be aware that data sent on unsecured, open internet connections can in rare cases be compromised.

Subcontractors and physical storage of data

Provider for sending text message and e-mail
InMobile ApS, which is located in Denmark, is used as a supplier of sending text messages.
Flowmailer B.V., which is located in Netherlands, is used as a supplier of sending e-mails.

Location for physical storage of data
Digital Realty ApS which has operating centers in Denmark, holds all data registered in the Recruitment System from Signatur.

Disclaimers

If the system for seeking jobs is out of order, changed or discontinued, the data processor and data controller are not liable for any loss. If the systems users experience operational disturbances or security problems (eg viruses), the data processor and the data controller cannot be held responsible.

Once you have accepted that your personal information is passed on to the employer, the controller is responsible for the processing of the personal information for the concerned employer, including its compliance with the law.

The formal background

The legal basis for this agreement is the Data Protection Regulation art. 6, stk. 1 litra a and art. 9, stk. 2, litra a.

If you wish to complain about the processing of your personal data, you can first contact the contact person in the e-mail confirming receipt of your application.

If you want to proceed, you can contact our data protection adviser, or you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Expiration

The terms and conditions apply to you until your application is deleted 4 months after recruitment is completed, or until you revoke your consent.
